"Diamonds are Forever" promotion, Jan 2010 - Mar 2010

  • This competition is exclusively open to Real Account Holders registered at 7Sultans, Royal Vegas, Desert Dollar, Platinum Play, Fortune Room, Vegas Villa, Vegas Towers or Vegas Palms casino.
  • To enter and qualify for these various events, players must "opt in" to the events and meet the
    minimum qualification requirements. These qualification requirements will be published weekly via email to all Real Account holders, or on the promotion website: www.diamondsareforever.eu.
  • All competition details will be emailed to all real account holders in the Fortune Lounge group on the start date of each competition.
  • Players may, at the discretion of Fortune Lounge, be invited to participate in additional special invitation promotions over the period.
  • All prize winners will be published on the winner’s wall page at http://www.diamondsareforever.eu.
    Fortune Lounge will make every attempt to inform and remind all players to participate in the various
    weekly events.
  • All winners agree that their names and photographs and video imagery may be used in any promotional material by the Fortune Lounge group.
  • Employees of any member of the Fortune Lounge group, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this competition.
  • The standard terms and conditions of each of the Fortune Lounge group apply to this promotion and shall prevail in the event of any conflict between these terms and the standard terms and conditions.
  • The Fortune Lounge group's determination of the Winners shall be final and binding on all parties. The Fortune Lounge group shall not enter into any correspondence in this regard.
  • Once the Fortune Lounge group hands the prize to the Winners, the Winners shall own and bear all risk in and to the Prize. All costs and liabilities related to the Prize thereafter, including, but not limited to, personal tax, banking fees and insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and for the winner's exclusive account.
  • The promotional period in its entirety is between January 05, 2010 and March 21, 2010 (23:59 (EST).
  • The total prize pool for the promotion is 51,000,000 Casino Rewards Points, and 80,000 casino credits.
  • Any foreign exchange rates applied will be decided by The Fortune Lounge group, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
  • Winning players may request to have the cash equivalent of their rewards points prizes to be credited to their accounts.
  • A player may only win one of the first prizes awarding diamond level rewards status for life. Should a player place first in more than one event and be eligible for this prize more than once, the prize will be forfeited and a new player will be selected to take the relevant package. The new player selection will be at the discretion of the Fortune Lounge group.
  • Diamond Level Rewards players are not eligible to receive tier-jump prizes.
  • All Casino promotions are subject to ongoing review. The Casino reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without giving notice. The Casino reserves the right to change the published promotional schedule and associated prize amounts without giving notice.
  • The casino credit prizes will be distributed throughout the course of the promotion and the discretion of The Fortune Lounge group. The casino credit prizes will be published in US (United States) Dollars. Should a prize winner participate on a non US Dollar casino, the prize will be adjusted to an equivalent value in British Pounds or Euros, whichever is applicable. The foreign exchange rate will be decided by The Fortune Lounge group, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
  • All winning credits for the promotion will be credited by the Tuesday after the completion of the weekly promotional event.
  • The Fortune Lounge group's decision on the award of credits shall be final and binding on all parties. No member of the Fortune Lounge group management shall enter into any correspondence in this regard.
  • The Fortune Lounge group reserves the right to change the nature, date and format of this event, without notice.
